I decided to spend my Christmas vacation with my family on the island or Puerto Rico. Having to look back at all the damages which Time and the vegetation really grew itself, greener than usual followed by the air itself clean and filled with salt. Nature it’s self can really cover up almost anything that has happened. Even my orchids are all but grown back to how I used to trim them down to.
There were some dark times to spend. Every morning I spent taking care of my hounds, spent time with my grandmother and yes it is that very same grandmother that ruined our family so long ago but we were able to save her back. The Alzheimer’s seems to have gone full strength on her very mind. Even now in the middle of a sentence she will cut me off, happy to see me visit her in the hospital. Enjoyed she would be to see that the hospital so well furnished only for me to look around with a smile, tear up as I clean her up or feed her, then leave the room only to start to cry out of my eyes. The hospital visit was three years ago... She was home, free from her abusive new husband that nearly killed her and she did not even realize it.
It’s still eludes me to look at the streets from the Cliffside. Barely a car in sight. Not sure if most of the people left the island like I hear many of my old friends have done or just the fact that many are at home with their families but it feels quite serene. Wind constantly flowing against my hair along with solar shine against my back. An odd combination that I always enjoy. What is strange is this fact that not many birds are singing as before. Maybe only a few macaws and roosters but now as ambient. Just the wind at most with the chimes ringing in the distance.
On the other hand; it feels great to be with my dogs again and the new cat, all willing to be with me except for the Caucasian Shepherd since I only hung out with him for about a week when he arrived and I later moved out. He seems to all but forgotten about me yet... He still stops lashing out when he stops to look at me with a familial stare. Thankfully, that is not the case with my beloved Bella. For a lovable huge one that she is, still adoring to my side and calm. Can’t help myself and let her out as we both sit by the cliffside view by Bandoleroś grave. I look up at the view and still feel my grandfathers hand on my shoulder. Probably the one place that makes me cry by just being there but the view is so clean as it once was decades ago.
A nice recollection of thoughts aside, some sad and worry-sum,

Been a long time coming but my birthday is today October 14!!!! And as a way to test this lonely day by myself, the earlier day was spent with my bros, :linkgnarledcontradiction: :linkLukadamiansurtur: And their friends to the renaissance festival here in houston and my Tabbard arrived on time for it!
Other than that, no crazy gifts or anything but I am just happy to be able to get something for my mother which I know she will kill me for this and I know she will love it~
Now I just need to figure out on what to do with my new home.
Bit of an update on my story,
Yes I have begone to do a few jumps back into story writing and yes you can ask about writing commissions though I don’t think I should charge much because I’m restarting again.
Now on the other hand; I now live at my own apartment (few of you know the cause) but I am very thankful and surprised so few came and did so much to ensure I had furniture, food and a place to work better. I now work at custom framing for the most part and I do find it quite enjoyable.
Maybe as I draw and write more, I could possibly go back into medieval weapons training again?
Btw, do you guys want to see photos of me in real life armor?

Time passes and one more Renfest trip

Not much has been going on as of late other than Traveling to the Texas renaissance festival, doing my job and having to lose a hefty sum in car repair and maintenance but now my MacBook Pro has been cracked since the move. Other than that I've had a magnificent time gallivanting about the Texas Renfest with my Brother 
, linksurturthewolflord and Salem along with their friends. I never thought to dress up for it as a first would feel so amazing and dressy! To those whom wonder I will be posting some shots later in the scraps though I have them already posted up on Facebook and such. Other than that I have got to Thank Ubisoft for bringing up For Honor into my life making me quote my favorite fighters as they shout in Latin making it even easier for me to learn the speach. Seriously, nothing beats saying "Orvi Carisimus!" before a photo up with a dragon. It means "we (or) you are blind my dear". Being there for the Hallowed night aka Halloween weekend was too much fun with all the gouls and specters about only to follow it off with midnight fireworks that quite frankly are a spectacle to behold with pyromancies. For those curious, Luka and I both came in dressed up in our depiction of a witcher where he dressed as an expeditionary schooled witcher, I dressed in the more armored Viper School wearing its respective white gambeson with minor plated armor to the extremities and sporting a silver sword and poleaxe. The spike is to be silvered and oiled. I had a lot of fun there and hopefully, maybe more of us can meet up there soon.
We will be heading up there on the last weekend for Celtic Christmas on Saturday the 25th of this month!
Ill be on telegram all the time if you want to plan to meet up! The more furs the merrier!
As what a friend of mine recommended I do.
I shall be opening up sketches for others soon but other than charge for it I rather set up a donation link instead as I try to wet my hands in drawing other people's characters or other studies they recommend I try. Donations are welcomed and will help me solely pay off the repair of my laptop and a few other repairs.

This is not a drill I finally returned from the island!
It was quite fun being back on the island see my family again though, I had to spend a long time to care of my grandmother she has been falling to treatment so I'm pretty tired though the hospital she was helping her learn how to walk. As you can see, I had little time for friends though thankfully a special few. I had to spend the rest of the time I had a chiropractor finally seeing about the back injury I had to deal with. All I needed was to be readjusted on my spine in the glooming day of having my wisdom tooth removed. It was impacting my lower gum hard. Once that was done was a week left to spend with my mother practicing archery and bathing my dogs. Something about them I will miss especially when they weigh 200 pounds without a care, hugging and lapping at your face.
I do miss my family dearly already appointment now on your road and probably the new job going to take me. Of course, I still have my job I just want something that is a little more encouraging to be in.
I cannot stay in a part-time job all my life.
Other than that silly post my roommate did before this what are you guys think?

The time is slowly coming where I finally get to move out and be gone from that crazy roommate. Do you think that after being kicked out of the home only to live in an apartment with complete strangers would be OK but looks like craigslist does prove itself correct when you see that it's full of shady people? For those who don't know and to many of you that do, I've been living with an insane roommate who constantly tries to beat on his cat with the second roommate who is actually a nice person other than a little wear and tear I've been well sadly lost my vision for a few days but thankfully I got to hang out with Friends at the local for meet at the Galveston beach it was a lot of fun and that's actually where I lost my glasses out at sea looking for someone's phone in the water.
Other than that I will soon be moving in with

I have got to see him quite excited to finally be living with friends that I can trust like family but on the other note, I will be planning to travel back to Puerto Rico for a bit!
The original plan was to go to Puerto Rico for laser eye surgery but after losing my glasses sadly learned that my eyes have deteriorated far beyond that only way to fix it would be a surgery to replace the lens as scary as it sounds I can't help but feel interested in learning more about it, sounds pretty cool.
